Press Release Body = Park City, UT - Network Event Viewer Version 6.0
(http://www.e-janco.com/nev.htm) has just been released. Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
mandates that you save your security event logs. The Network Event Viewer meets that
requirement. The program runs as a service on a windows computer and lets you:
1.)Quickly download and view multiple logs by navigating to each computer and
selecting the automatically discovered logs; 2.)Consolidate event logs to either a
file server or SQL Server 2000 or 2005; and 3.)Schedule the frequency to download
and save event logs centrally

NEV is available in three versions: 1.)Desktop - Manage 20 Computers; 2.)Server -
Manage 50 Computers; and, 3.)Enterprise - Unlimited

The program\'s author, Michael Janulaitis said, \"NEV is the one tool that meets the
monitoring needs of system and network administrators. In a few minutes every event
log in the network is available.\" He added, \"The program has an auto update feature
which provides the user with the latest updates to the program with ease.\"
Network Event Viewer enables Network Administrators to manage and view multiple
Windows XP/2000/NT Event log files simultaneously. The Windows Event Logs are
downloaded from the networked computers and saved locally. Network Administrators
can manually download files, or configure the Network Event Viewer service to
download and/or clear the files at a specific time or interval. Filters can be
created enabling the service to automatically email important entries to the Network
Administrator. The service can send a PDA friendly message or a detailed message
which includes the entries of interest. The service can also append the filtered
results to a file. The viewer enables Network Administrators to view multiple files
simultaneously. The viewer supports the same filter mechanism as the service
enabling specific entries on multiple machines to be viewed. The viewer also has a
search function.

NEV has received several major awards including: the prestigious Tucow\'s 5 cow
award, TopShareware.com 5 star award, the Softpedia 100% clean award certifying that
the program contains no spyware, adware, or viruses, and the Snapfiles 3.5 Ranking.
